Scope of Services

All services are scoped and agreed in writing prior to invoicing. Deliverables are defined within project proposals.

Payment Terms

Invoices must be settled before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Custom data projects are non-refundable once sourcing has commenced.

Use of Data

Clients are responsible for ensuring lawful and compliant use of delivered datasets within their jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

Ruby Analytics Group provides information and data services. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes, sales performance, or business results arising from use of delivered data.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary methodologies, structuring frameworks, and internal processes remain the intellectual property of Ruby Analytics Group.
